Off-Plan Sales

We work very closely with all of Dubai’s most prominent developers, such as Emaar,
Meraas, and Dubai Properties. Our aim in the off-plan sales is that we provide our clients
with all the necessary information and impartial advice on what will best suit their
requirements so that they can make an informed decision. With a large number of
projects that have been launched over the last few years and with many yet to come we
believe that providing this impartial advice is more important than ever.

Residential Sales

Whilst we do have a few agents that are area focused (such as Johanna in Downtown and
Umair in The Springs), we look to help all our buyers with their property search no matter
what the area. Recent improvements in the tools at our disposal for property searches and market data have allowed us to quickly give our clients a quick overview of the availability and prices in any particular area.

Residential Leasing

The majority of our rental properties are found in Downtown, so if that is where you are looking for your new home then we can certainly help. Having said that we do also have
some availability in other communities such as The Springs, Arabian Ranches, and Dubai
Marina. We don’t consider our job to be done once we have signed the lease, as we like to keep a close relationship with both our landlords and tenants and ensure that everyone remains happy with the arrangement.

This is why we like to create a personal relationship with all of our valued clients and help them make as informed a decision as possible. This involves sending data on recent sales, construction progress photos, Dubai Land Department construction audit reports, reminders on upcoming stage payments, and assistance with the property handover.

We like to invite our clients to our office in The Greens or meet at a place of their convenience to discuss their requirements and start to advise on which areas and projects will suit them best.

If the client is looking for something that is ready we will arrange to view suitable options and if they are looking or open to the idea of buying off-plan we will arrange meetings with the various different developers around Dubai, so that the client can get an in-depth view of each project.

Once the client has chosen a project that suits them we will give our advice on which of the available units will best match their requirements. Given our strong relationship with Dubai’s developers we can assure that the price and offer we are able to avail will be the best they can get in the market.

We understand that communication with our clients is as important after the sale has taken place and we will always remain available to answer any questions or concerns the client may have.
