What, exactly, is JBR Dubai? JBR is one of the most coveted and upscale neighborhoods in Dubai, flanked by the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf and the glittering high-rises and waterways of Dubai Marina.

Stretching nearly 2 km along the coast, this is an exclusive neighborhood that is home to some of the best 5-star hotels, dining concepts, and must-sees in Dubai. While JBR beach is one of the city’s top tourist destinations, it is also a very popular residential area. JBR - location and connectivity

JBR is served by two tram stations, JBR 1 and JBR 2, which are perfect for traveling within the area and to nearby locations such as Dubai Marina Mall, JLT, Media City and the Palm Jumeirah gateway station. The tram also connects you to the metro stations at DMCC and Sobha Realty, both of which allow you to access other parts of Dubai.

The area is home to every reputed hotel you can think of - Sofitel, Movenpick, DoubleTree, Ritz Carlton, Rixos and more. Within these hotels are chic and popular restaurants and dining concepts such as The Maine Oyster Bar & Grill and Tamok and popular neighborhood concepts like JB’s Gastropub. Within JBR you’ll also find well known eateries like PF Chang’s, Eataly and a whole lot more.
