It’s surrounded by various community amenities, including pharmacies (Aster, Nahdi), supermarkets (a Carrefour and a Spinneys), and the King’s College Hospital London - Dubai.

Collective 2.0 is the second development under the Collective brand. The first Collective complex, which has two 13-floor towers, is located south of Dubai Hills Mall, near Umm Suqeim Street and Al Barsha.

 

4. Golfville

Golfville, one of the newest buildings in Dubai Hills Estate, is a 15-floor single-tower residential development located near the championship golf course. It has one- and two-bedroom apartments, and amenities include a gym, a swimming pool, a running track, a beauty salon and spa, and a children’s play area.

This development suits upwardly mobile professionals who love playing golf. Its proximity to international schools also makes it suitable for small families with school-age children.

 

5. Park Horizon

The Park Horizon off-plan property is a two-tower project currently under construction. When completed, one building will have 12 floors, while the other will have 21. There will be one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhouses.
